Refund policy

If you are not entirely happy with you purchase from us then you are entitled to a refund within 14 days of receiving your item. All items being returned must be in their original packaging with labels attached and include all original manuals etc. 

If the product you received is faulty then a full refund or replacement will be issued. If you simply change you mind then a fee of £20 will be deducted from the refund balance. This is to cover inspection of the item and admin associated with processing the refund. 

We are not obliged to accept returns if the above is not adhered to. 

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, which can take up to 10 days for some payment methods.

Returns are payable by the customer and non refundable.
